Free play has no checkout
Ranoveliku does not sell game credits, subscriptions, downloads or physical fishing products. Access to the supplied game and guide is free, so there is no transaction to refund. A high score is a local game result and cannot be redeemed for money or goods.
A fault or a missing result
For an unresponsive control, reload once and record the browser, device and last input if the problem repeats. A saved score missing after browser data was cleared has a different cause: no server account exists to restore it. Send a clear description through Contact without passwords or unrelated private records.
