The specimen study
Golden scales and a rounded, full body make the carp the warmest specimen in the journal. Its vivid appearance is a visual cue, not a guarantee of an appearance on any voyage.
The specimen study is a way to observe the fish between voyages. Its appearance helps you recognise the subject; the entry’s base value and the game’s alignment rule explain what happens when it is caught.
Its place in Golden Current
Golden Carp belongs to the rare tier and begins at 620 base points. The final catch score can also include an accuracy bonus and a successful-catch sequence bonus. These additions are calculated by the original game.
The nearest fish must be within ten lane units when the hook checks the catch. A higher base value does not make a poorly aligned cast succeed. Watch the boat’s relation to the fish before choosing the drop.
Read the tier correctly
The rare tier accounts for 10% of spawn selections and contains northern pike, muskellunge and golden carp. Seeing one is a possibility rather than a promise attached to a particular round.
A short voyage can produce an uneven mix. Read the board you have rather than waiting for a species the game has not guaranteed.
